Delivery & Shipping

  • How much is delivery?

    All items on our website qualify for complimnetary free shipping across Australia Metro. There may be additional charges calculated at checkout if you live in a remote area as classified by our courier (usually Sendle).

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship across Australia & Tasmania only.
    Wherever possible, we ship all deliveries from Sydney via Sendle which is a registered B Corp and Australia’s first carbon neutral delivery service, securing carbon offsets through their partner South Pole.

  • When will I receive my order?

    We will usually dispatch your delivery the same day if your order is placed by 12 midday AEST.
    Estimated Sendle delivery times from pick up:
    NSW: 1-6 business days
    VIC: 2-6 business days
    QLD: 2-6 business days
    WA: 6-10 business days
    SA: 3-7 business days

Covid 19

  • What COVID-19 precautions are you taking during this time?

    Our products are made right here in sunny Australia and we have made sure all recommended procedures are implemented within our warehouse while continuing production without delays.

    Our warehouses are being cleaned more frequently and rigorously. We are following advice from the World Health Organisation and local health authorities and all our packaging staff have increased access to hand sanitiser, along with personal protective equipment where required and relevant.

    We have a number of extra ways we’re supporting our teams during this time, such as working from home to take part in protecting the community, and attentively monitoring ongoing developments.

  • Do you offer contact-free delivery?

    Yes. For your peace of mind, we no longer need signatures for proof of delivery. We deliver to your door and let you know when your stock has arrived.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Returns Process

    Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, if you are dissatisfied with your product you may request an exchange or refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
    Returns must be made at your own cost within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

    – Your Full Name
    – Order Number
    – Product

    We will get back to you as soon as we can with the returns address, this is usually the same or next business day.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Your refund will be issued once your return has arrived in our warehouse. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your method of payment.

  • Damaged Products

    If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please email us at [email protected]
    Please send an image of the damaged product along with your Order Number and an explanation of the problem.  If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    We accept Mastercard, VISA, Amex, Diners Club & PayPal. We operate online, so unfortunately we cannot accept cash. For security reasons we don’t accept payment over the phone.
